OPUS has won a few prestige awards for the past few years since it became a privately held company in July 2005. These awards have helped to foster our brand name in different areas.

  • OPUS Singapore has attained bizSAFE level 3 status

    bizSAFE  (Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) related Certification)

    OPUS attained bizSAFE Level 3 Status as of 8th December 2020.

    bizSAFE is a five-step programme which assists companies in building up capabilities in addressing workplace safety, health and security. Since September 2017, the programme has incorporated SGSecure elements to help companies put in place measures to manage potential terror threats as well.

    OPUS has in place a framework which provides a systematic approach to reviewing of all workplace related hazards and their potential risks, risk assessment and risk control in the company's operations. These activities are expected to decrease the frequency of incidents which lead to injuries or ill health, and also reduce the impact of such incidents IF these do occur.

  • ISO 22301:2012 Standard Certified (Business Continuity management)

    OPUS attained the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Certification for the ISO 22301:2012 standard in November 2013 and has since maintained this certification to date.

    The scope of the certification covers OPUS’ key business processes, which are in the areas of the Provision of IT Resources, Managed Services, Contact Centre Services. Continued maintenance of the BCM Certification is evidence to OPUS’ resilience to business disruptions, minimising the negative impacts arising from these disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery of Critical Business Functions.

  • ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD CERTIFIED (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

    With this certification, OPUS has demonstrated that our quality management system is established, documented, implemented and maintained with a focus on fulfilling customers' requirements and with continual improvement to the overall effectiveness in accordance to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

    OPUS has been continuously re-certified yearly with no major issues.

    The Lifelong Learner Awards is organized by MediaCorp Radio and co-partnered by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), SPRING Singapore (SPRING) and National Trade Union Congress (NTUC). OPUS is one of the corporate winners (Total of 7 corporate winners) for the Lifelong Learner Awards. We are being recognized as a company that has proactively promoting employee well being and skill development.
