IT Support & IT Outsourcing

OPUS offers complete IT outsourcing services to our customers in specific domains like IT helpdesk, Desktop On-site support, Mid-range server management (e.g. Unix, Wintel, Linux etc), network operations management and Datacentre operations management.

Customer Centre Support

OPUS manages after-sales support services for vendors of systems and equipment manufacturers. These services include hardware repairs & maintenance, parts and components inventory management at designated service centres. We also provide on-site trouble shooting & repair service and technical support at customers' locations.

Network Integration

OPUS provides networking solutions for IT connectivity for customers as a network integrator. Our services cover all forms of networks like local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless/local area network (WLAN) and internet protocol telephony. OPUS' services cover the whole spectrum of network design, system and component procurement, implementation and post implementation technical support. We also provide IT security solutions (including data security, host security, access control, intrusion detection, etc.)
